Internal Management

On August 5, 2015, we internalized our management structure to better align management’s interests with our shareholders. Upon internalization, the core investment and accounting teams remained intact, and we rounded out our corporate, technology and legal infrastructure by the end of 2015. Today, we operate a dynamic and comprehensive Hybrid Mortgage REIT that generates high dividend income, while utilizing modest leverage, in a historically low global interest rate environment.
